Because so much of the Ukrainian power infrastructure has been destroyed, keeping warm this winter is a challenge for the average person there. The Vatican is collecting funds to purchase and distribute thermal underwear in Ukraine, and so we designated the Christmas Poor Box collection for this purpose. We were able to send $2379.13 for this cause, and that should keep a lot of Ukrainians a little warmer this winter. Thanks for your generosity.
