The Katharine Konnection

Faith Formation and Seder Meal

Dear Parishioners,

For last two sessions of our “Love Your Neighbor” adult mini-course we will welcome a representative from the Buddhist community (3/19) and the Baha’i community (3/26) to share about their beliefs and practices.  The program runs from 5:30-7:00PM in McElroy Hall and all adult parishioners are welcome.

On 2 April we will be holding our annual Seder Meal from 5:00–7:30 PM in McElroy Hall.  Join us for a celebration of the sacred meal recalling God’s decisive action on behalf of his people—delivering them from slavery in Egypt to freedom in the Promised Land. By learning about the Seder, we can experience more fully the Holy Eucharist and its powerful reminder of our own deliverance from slavery to sin and death. Each household is asked to bring a dish to share. Please RSVP by 26 March. CLICK HERE for registration form.

Additionally, we encourage you to put our three-day parish mission on your calendars now.  We will be welcoming Mike Tenney (inspirational speaker, musician) to lead our mission the evenings of April 23 (5:30-7:30), April 24 (6:30-8:30), and April 25 (6:30-8:30).  If you missed it in Fr. Keith’s email last week, check out the promo video Mike recorded for the mission.

Lastly, if you have not had a chance to do so yet, please take a minute and complete the adult faith formation survey HERE.
