Sanctuary of Hope
Part of the Caring Connection Ministry
The Sanctuary of Hope Ministry’s purpose is to make the church a “Sanctuary,” a safe place to start conversations regarding mental health. Over the course of 6 sessions, we aim to educate and enlighten participants by providing information developed by mental health professionals, theologians, and people with lived experiences and offer a prayerful reflection and intercession for spiritual support and companionship.
Minimum participant age is eighteen.
Sessions will be held in the Brockway Room from 7:00 to 8:30PM. We will be using a book titled “Hope An Invitation” by Sr. Josephine Garrett.
